  • How do I Reschedule an appointment?
    Give us a call or text as soon as possible and we can look lock you in for your next possible date.
  • Do you travel?
    Yes! We will go with you where ever you are to capture your moments. Fees are determine based on distance.
  • What's your policy on cancellations?
    While I hope that won't be necessary, I understand that plans can change. If you do need to cancel your photography services, please let me know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but I'm happy to work with you to reschedule your photography services for a new date or event if possible.
  • Can we schedule a consultation with you before booking?
    Absolutely! We believe it's important to have a good rapport with your photographer, and a consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your vision for your event. We're happy to schedule a phone or in-person consultation at your convenience.
  • How do we go about booking your services for our event?
    Awesome! The first step is to get in touch with me via email or phone so that we can discuss your event and your photography needs. Once we've worked out the details, I'll send you a contract to review and a deposit will secure your date.
  • Can you give me an idea of how many photos I can expect to receive?
    The number of photos you'll receive depends on the type of event and the package you choose. On average, clients can expect to receive anywhere from 100 to 500 edited photos for large events.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, I have liability insurance to protect myself and my clients in case of any unforeseen accidents or incidents.
  • How long will it take to receive our photos?
    We aim to deliver your edited photos within 2-4 weeks after your event. However, this timeline may vary depending on the size of the event.

    Yes, I offer basic retouching and editing services on all of the images I deliver. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor blemish removal. If you have specific requests for retouching or editing, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

    I absolutely love traveling to new locations and capturing beautiful moments for my clients! For events within the Columbus, Ohio area, there's no additional travel fee, and I'm happy to be able to offer this to my clients. However, for events outside of Columbus, there will be a travel fee added to your quote. The travel fee covers the cost of transportation, lodging (if necessary), and any other related expenses. But don't worry, I'll always work with you to find the most affordable and convenient travel arrangements possible. If you have any questions or concerns about our travel policies or fees, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm always here to help and make sure that your event is everything you want it to be, no matter where it is!
